Once i remove the old R folder - do I use installr? Or would it just be best to use the desktop version instead of the web server version? Additionally, you can install RStudio and update all packages by going to the Tools menu and selecting Check for Package Updates. To Upgrade your R Environment Uninstall the old version of R.
